- Recommendation letter from your prior institution plays key role
- If you have any fellowship, it’s good for you, but don’t discourage yourself if you haven’t. Many of the ways to get fellowship other than cracking any of the examination.
- Fix meetings by mail with the experts in your interest area & before meeting goes through his work subject and articles also, (in short his/her scientific timeline).
- Meet him with them and put your skills in front of the expert for the evaluation of your caliber.
- Try to engage you in concerned conferences/workshops/lectures attended by any experts for grasping newer things in market or research in your area.
- Don’t think that a Ph.D. is any kind of degree it’s just a learning process in your interest sphere.
